Electric vehicles

Switching to an electric vehicle (EV) can help you save money and reduce your carbon footprint.

Cut costs with charging

Electric vehicles cost less to run compared to petrol or diesel cars.

It costs around £17 to fully charge an EV at home, with a typical range of around 220 miles. But driving a petrol or diesel car for 220 miles could cost up to £45.*

A greener way to travel

Unlike petrol or diesel cars, EVs emit zero tailpipe emissions, making them a greener, cleaner way to travel.

The UK Government has also committed to ban selling pure petrol and diesel cars by 2030, with all new cars being fully zero emissions by 2035.
