Take Charge is here to help you reduce your energy bills, get support with debt, access benefits and financial support, and even secure funding for energy efficient home improvements.

By partnering with us, you can help your employees or the people you support save energy and money and keep their homes warm. We offer free briefings and workshops, support for events and shared resources.

Make a referral

We invite organisations to refer people through our secure online ‘Call back’ form. Our call back form is quick and easy to use, and you can make a referral at any time. You just need permission from the person you’re referring.

When you make a referral, we’re sent a notification and will contact the householder to see how we can help.

Take Charge can help improve the financial wellbeing of your employees and complement your organisation’s wellbeing policies and programmes. Our package of energy advice support can be tailored to suit the needs of your business, from ‘light touch’ to more in-depth. This service is fully funded by Electricity North West so there is no charge for your organisation.

Take Charge also has an associated programme ‘Take Charge and Go Low’. We can offer expert impartial advice and training about low carbon technologies including smart meters, heat pumps, electric vehicles (EVs), solar, batteries, chargers, LED lighting, and more.
